A: Loop two strands through a steel ring, keyring or whatever you wish.
B: Cross two center strands as shown.
C: Bring the outside left cord under two center cords, then over the front of one center cord.
D: Now bring the outside right cord under two center cords, then over the front of one center cord .
E: Again bring the outside left cord under two center cords, then over the front of one center cord .
F: Again bring the outside left cord under two center cords, then over the front of one center cord .
G: Again bring the outside left cord under two center cords, then over the front of one center cord .
H: Okay, you get the Idea?. Just remember this, make your first crossover in the front exactly as shown in
picture B. Then ALWAYS take the outside cord and follow this pattern. Left side,under two cords, over one. Right side , under
two cords, over one. Repeat until desired length is reached.
That last picture is a diamond pattern round braid. I'll teach you that one next time.
