Materials List
Leather: 2 to 3 1/2 ounce top grain or suede.
One 12" x 3"
One 3" x 3/4"
One 1/2" x 12"
One 2" concho
One 1 1/4" keyring
A: Cut one piece 2 to 3-1/2 ounce leather 12" x 3".
Fringe 10" of this piece, leaving the top 2" unfringed.Click here for fringe making tips.
B: Cut one piece 3/4" by 3".
Put the 3" piece through the key ring and fold in half.
Glue to main piece as shown. Make sure it is centered left to right.
Glue shaded areas and fold as shown in C, D and E.
When done you will have folded it in thirds.
F: Punch a hole through entire assembly and install a rivet, being sure to get the rivet through both keyring tab ends as well. Punch two holes for lacing on concho.
