Rude Dog Leather is a family owned and operated company. We have been traveling and doing rallys around the country for many years. Not only have we sewed on patches for many of you at rallys over the years, we probably sewed patches on some of your parents vests and jackets.

In 1999 we opened our website and began doing business the same way we always did it on the road. By treating each customer like family. Call our customer service department and you may find you spend as much time in friendly conversation as you do discussing your order. Ordering something as a gift? Let us know, we'll take the time to include a Happy birthday note from you in their package and send the invoice in a separate envelope addressed to you. We take great pride in our pleasant helpful customer service department and our speedy email responses.

When will my order ship?

We ship most orders the next business day. If an item is on backorder we will get it out to you as soon as we get it back in stock.

Is your site secure?

Our checkout counter is completely secure. Once you have placed your items in the shopping cart, you will be taken to a "send order secure" page where you will see the padlock at the top or bottom of your screen. You may then enter your shipping/billing information and credit card number and send your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping by United States Postal Service anywhere in the United States is FREE. Please call or email if you need to make other shipping arrangements.

Do you ship anywhere?

Yes. We ship worldwide. We have shipped to over 75 countries on 6 different continents. Our shipping guys will find a way to get it to you no matter where you are. Call or email us to make whatever shipping arrangements you need.

I'm not sure what I need. Can you help?

Not sure what you need? Well, you know what you need but you're not sure what it is called. You know, it's that thing that goes on the end of the whatchamacallit that everybody has now. Call or email our customer service people for help. They speak your language.

If you are buying this and having it sent to your Dad, Mom, brother, sister, husband, wife, lover, friend, dog, cat or whomever, feel free to let us know in the comments box on the order form. We will be happy to include a note. The item will be shipped to the address you supply as the shipping address and the invoice will be sent to your billing address.

Where is your customer service located?

Right here at our warehouse in New Mexico, USA. Not some call center halfway around the planet! The phone will be answered by a person, not a computer asking you to press endless amounts of numbers only to end up back where you started. Unless the person assigned to answering the phone has fallen asleep watching tumbleweeds tumble by again. In which case please leave a message on the answering machine and we'll call you back.

How do I exchange or return an item?

Need to exchange or return a purchase? Not a problem! We will exchange any item in original unused condition or issue you a full refund for 30 days after purchase. Whichever you prefer. Just give us a call, we will fix your problem quick and easy.

Do the patches have to be sewed on?

Yes. These are NOT iron on patches.You can sew them on by hand or have them sewed on by machine, but they must be sewed on!

Do you give out my email address?

No. We never sell, rent, or give away our customers email address. We ask for it only to be able to communicate with you about issues concerning your order.
